Generally,people work as a team they need to help each other.In my observation people always want to escape from the failure situavations.When any success will come they want to be the major part of that success but If any failure they want to prove that they not involved in that failure history.Even they ready to show or prove like they not aware of that one.
We can't say to others like you have missed some thing in your work but If you say that you have done wonderful work they ready to agree and be happy also.If people have more experience then what ever they are doing that's correct no any other argument that's they mentality.If a person who does n't have more experience that person need to adjust with all this experienced people,when anything this unexperience person try to say then that experience people will become tensed and they will dominate that inexperience person like you doesn't have more experience be quite.In another case this experience people need that unexperience person to blame If any thing goes wrong.Espectially they can easly tell like that guy has insufficient in experience because of that It's happened but If anything will goes in correct way the experience people will tell like we have help to that guy to successed this one.
Not all experience people like this,Few of them will guide the unexperience people in nice manner. when any failure will come they will use we have done this one will correct it.If any success story will come also Our team has made this one full credits goes to team like that.
Be a Team ..... Be a part of Success..... Be a part of Failure...
Good one...Peoples have their way of thinking and living as well,I am not commenting abt others thoughts, but we should be ready to accept our failures..Accepting failures is first step for preventing us to repeat same failure.

ReplyDeleteI would say Government sector has these kind of people more than Private Sector.
Because In private sector, there are some appraisals, reviews etc which can help people to grow(If at all done it in correct way). But in government sector, once they get the chair thats it, until their retirement, they will be holding it tightly.
Hey...I am not blaming government sectors, but compare to private, here i can see more like this situation.

ReplyDeleteHere topic is not about private sector versus public sector..Its about role and responsibilities of an individual in a team.
ReplyDeleteAlso i would like to tell that it is not the position that person holds counts, the great and quality work he did that is counted. We should not forget that the institution who holds control over all private sectors is public. Any private institutions have been made only for one solo purpose , that is profit making (not social welfare).
If we are taking about appraisals, there is appraisals also in public sectors. How can we forgot "Bharat Bhushan " "Desh Ratan" awards ? Are not they appraisals or rewards ?
After all, it depends on person, how much distance he want to cover ?
